How to assemble my fan?
What features does my fan come with?
Can I use this fan in non-US outlets?
Do not attempt to use a US wall charger in any outlet outside of the United States.
What outlets can I use with my charger?
Only use wall plugs that are type A (2 prongs) or Type B (3 prongs).
What outlets can I use with my car charger accessory?
Only use car charger with a 12V car outlet.
How many speeds does my fan have?
Your fan has 5 speeds in addition to boost mode. To select a speed, press the speed button on the fan head or the speed arrows on the remote. LED lights will temporarily indicate which speed is selected.
What oscillation settings does my fan have?
Your fan can oscillate at 45, 90, or 180 degrees. To select an oscillation angle, press the oscillate button on the fan head or the oscillate arrows on the remote. LED lights will temporarily indicate which angle is selected.
What tilting settings does my fan have?
Your fan can be manually tilted by using the handle to angle it upwards or downwards. The fan has a tilting range of 55 degrees.
How do I turn on BreezeBoost™ mode?
To turn on BreezeBoost™ mode on the unit, hold down the speed button for 3 seconds. To turn on BreezeBoost™ mode on the remote, press the boost arrow in the top right corner.
How long does the fan take to charge?
To fully charge from 0% to 100%, the fan will take 5 hours
How long will the fan run on a full charge?
The fan will operate at about 20 hours on fan speed 1, or 2 hours on fan speed 5.

Can I leave the fan outdoors?
This fan is water resistant and will not be damaged by light rain. However, it is not able to withstand heavy rain or water submersion. It is recommended to bring the fan indoors when not in use for long periods of time.
How do I put the cover on the Fan?
- Position the cover over the fan head, then slide it on until the fan is completely covered.
- Clinch the drawstring on the bottom of the cover to secure it in place.
The cover will protect the fan from dust and damage from the light.
Note: the fan cover does not guarantee that the product can be left outdoors for an extended period of time.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Why do I have to activate lock mode before maintenance?
Since the fan can be used cordlessly, there is a risk of the fan turning on when it is not plugged in. Activating lock mode prevents any risk of the fan turning on by mistake during maintenance when the fan blades are exposed.
To activate Lock Mode hold down the Oscillation icon on the fan head for 8 seconds.

How often should I clean the fan?
It is recommended to maintain the fan every 6 months or as needed.
To clean the fan:
- Turn on Lock mode before performing maintenance for safety. To activate, hold down the oscillation icon on the fan head for 8 seconds.
- Place the fan upright on a flat, level surface in tabletop mode. Use the Phillips-head end of your Allen wrench to loosen the screw at the bottom of the fan grill. Set screw aside.
- Rotate the fan grill counterclockwise to remove it from the fan head. Set grill aside.
- Remove the fan blade cap. Hold the fan blades in place while rotating the fan blade cap clockwise to remove it from the shaft.
- Gently pull to remove the fan blades. With a slightly damp cloth, wipe down the interior parts of the fan.
- Carefully replace the blades onto the center shaft.
- Reinstall the fan blade cap. Hold the fan blades in place while rotating the fan blade cap counterclockwise to reinstall it to the shaft.
- Rotate the fan grill clockwise to secure it to the fan head.
- Place the fan upright on a flat, level surface. Use the Phillips-head end of your Allen wrench to replace and tighten the screw at the bottom of the fan grill.
- Turn off Lock mode by pressing the Oscillation icon for 8 seconds.
How often should I clean the misting accessory?
It is recommended to clean the misting accessory every 12 months or as needed. Please note: the hardness of your water source will impact the frequency at which the misting accessory will need to be maintained.
Using the Fan
Why is the fan battery LED white?
The fan battery LED will be white when the unit is at full battery.
Why is the fan battery LED green?
The fan battery LED will be green when the unit is at 99% to 51% battery.
Why is the fan battery LED yellow?
The fan battery LED will be yellow when the unit is at 50% to 21% battery.
Why is the fan battery LED red?
The fan battery LED will be red when the unit is at 20% to 6% battery.
Why is the fan battery LED blinking green?
The fan battery LED will blink green when the unit is charging.
Why is my fan battery LED blinking red?
The fan battery LED will blink red when the unit is at 5% or less battery.
How do I charge the fan in tabletop mode?
The tabletop charging port is located in between the four quadpod legs underneath the fan.
How do I charge the fan in pedestal mode?
The pedestal charging port is located on the bottom of the pole near the base next to the lightning bolt symbol.
