Insert the mop handle into the main body until it clicks into place. 

1. Ensure that the antimicrobial brushroll is attached to the motor, nozzle cover is properly attached, and the tank has been filled to the appropriate proportions of concentrate and water (see fill lines on back of Clean Water Tank). 

2. Press the power button. The unit will go into Standby mode, and the battery life lights will flash.

3. Place your foot on the nozzle cover and tilt the handle down to activate the spinning brushroll. 

4. Use a forward and backward motion when mopping.   

Caution: Test in a small inconspicuous area and contact the manufacturer or installer for specific information on the surface or material to be cleaned. Do not mop any one area for an extended period.

Caution: Using cleaning solutions other than Hydro Multi-Surface concentrate may damage the unit.

1. Pull the water tank up out of the HydroDuo  

2. Twist open the cap and fill with Hydro Multi-Surface Concentrate to the "CONCENTRATE" line. Then fill with water underneath a faucet. Make sure not to exceed the Max Fill line. 

3. When finished, close the cap tightly and place it back onto the HydroDuo.

Caution: Using cleaning solutions other than the Hydro Multi-Surface Concentrate may damage the unit.

From 0% to fully charged, it takes approximately four hours.

With a fully charged battery, the run time is approximately 30 minutes.

This unit is designed for use on most hard floor surfaces. We recommend that you first test an isolated area of the surface to be cleaned and review the use and care instructions from your floor manufacturer.

Surfaces/materials where HydroDuo should NOT be used:

1. Wax-polished furniture or floors.

2. Unsealed or unglazed ceramic floors, unsealed wooden and wax floors, and some unwaxed floors.

3. In cases of surfaces treated with wax and some unwaxed floors, the sheen may be removed. Test an isolated area first to see if sheen is affected.

Mops are ideal for laminate, bamboo, hardwood, marble, tile, and stone. See Owner's Guide for usage instructions.

DO NOT use any cleaning solutions, scented perfumes, oils, vinegar, or any chemicals other than the Hydro Multi-Surface concentrate, as they may damage the unit or make it unsafe to use.

We recommend emptying the water tank after each use to properly store the unit.

Press the mode button until the settings lights start to blink, indicating that you are in Standby mode, and then lift the handle to put the unit in the upright position.

1. Press the mode button to return to Standby mode (lights will flash).

2. Empty the water tank and remove the brushroll.

Note: Never leave the unit with a damp or wet brushroll on any floor for an extended period.

While the HydroDuo isn’t specifically designed for hair pickup, it can handle it effectively! If you're cleaning an area with a lot of hair, we recommend doing a light vacuuming first. For optimal hair pickup, use the HydroDuo with a dry brush roll and avoid using the spray function.

Water and Hydro Multi-Surface cleaning solution are not required to use the unit. You may clean "dry-only" without using the spray trigger and without a full Clean Water Tank.

DO NOT use any cleaning solutions, bleach, scented perfumes, oils, vinegar, or any chemicals other than the Hydro Multi-Surface concentrate, as they may damage the unit or make it unsafe to use.

Avoid using boiling or very hot water, as this can damage the unit. Otherwise, you can add water of any temperature to the HydroDuo water tank.

The warranty is 3 years. 

Brushroll lifespan is affected by factors such as frequency of use, type of cleaning (heavy or light) and how often the brushroll is washed and dried. Under normal household conditions, when using the product for routine cleaning a few times per week, we recommend replacing the brushroll every 6 months.

1. Ensure that the brushroll is attached properly, the water tank is full, and the unit is charged.

2. Check the status of the lights. If there is no error message displayed, contact Customer Service at 1-800-798-7398

The Clean Water Tank is 420mL. 

The Dirty Water Tank is 220mL.
