Before you get started
- Before first use, make sure to charge the unit completely.
- For dry stains, vacuum the surface with a traditional vacuum cleaner first to remove loose dirt.
- Do a quick wash cycle by filling the caddy, cup to the MAX line with clean water. DO NOT USE SOAP. Then with the stain eliminator tool attached. Insert the unit and turn it on. Once water fills the tank, remove the unit and turn off.
- Scrub ink stains carefully to avoid spreading. Extract the stain immediately after spraying.
- For older and tougher stains, let the spray solution sit for 5 minutes before extracting.
- If a difficult stain was not removed, wait 24 hours and repeat the stain cleaning process. Very old or tough stains may require multiple attempts to fully clean.
Note: Always check the care labels on your carpet or upholstery before cleaning. Test a small, hidden area first to ensure fabric compatibility.
