Stain not being removed on the first go (Dry stains)

You must ensure you are scrubbing stain first to loosen the dried-on debris. Then extract it. Undersaturation: Not enough solution is sprayed onto the stain. Ensure you are oversaturating the stain, and spray 2in/5cm away from the stain. A light mist of spray will not remove dried-in stains. For dry, tough stains, ensure you are using the tough bristles, not the yellow rubber fins (unless on a delicate surface). *To make sure your spray bottle is mixing and releasing both cleaning solutions effectively – firmly tap the side of the spray head x3 times.

Stain not being removed on the first go (Wet stains)

Ensure that you extract the wet stain first. Spraying first can cause the stain to spread. Make sure you are oversaturating the stain, spraying the solution 2 in (5cm) away from the stain. Allow the solution to soak for a few minutes. Then spray again before scrubbing and extracting. *To make sure your spray bottle is mixing both cleaning solutions effectively – firmly tap the side of the spray head x3 times.

Advise users to charge the unit after every cleaning session.
