If your Shark robot isn’t powering on or charging, don’t worry, this guide covers the essential steps to get your robot back in action.
🔌 Check the Base
- Ensure the base is plugged in and the LED is green.
- Place the robot on the ramp with the Shark logo upside-down.
- Wait at least 5 seconds for the robot to begin charging.
⚡ Charging Contacts
- Use a dry cloth to clean the charging contacts on both the robot and the base.
- Make sure the contacts are aligned and touching.
🔋 Battery Indicators
- RED LED: Low battery
- YELLOW LED: Medium battery
- GREEN LED: High battery
- Pulsing LED: Charging in progress
🛑 Manual Charging Tip
- If the robot won’t return to the base, manually place it on the ramp.
- If the battery is critically low, the left LED will flash red.
