RV2700ZE Series Shark® Stratos™ NeverTouch Robot Vacuum - What to Do If Your Shark Robot Isn't Charging

If your Shark robot isn’t powering on or charging, don’t worry, this guide covers the essential steps to get your robot back in action.​

🔌 Check the Base

  • Ensure the base is plugged in and the LED is green.​
  • Place the robot on the ramp with the Shark logo upside-down.​
  • Wait at least 5 seconds for the robot to begin charging.​

⚡ Charging Contacts

  • Use a dry cloth to clean the charging contacts on both the robot and the base.​
  • Make sure the contacts are aligned and touching.​

🔋 Battery Indicators

  • RED LED: Low battery​
  • YELLOW LED: Medium battery​
  • GREEN LED: High battery​
  • Pulsing LED: Charging in progress​

🛑 Manual Charging Tip

  • If the robot won’t return to the base, manually place it on the ramp.​
  • If the battery is critically low, the left LED will flash red.​
