Ready to get your Shark robot up and running? This quick-start guide walks you through the essentials—from app pairing to charging and mapping—so you can go from unboxing to spotless floors in minutes.
📦 Unbox and Assemble
- Attach the side brush to the bottom of the robot.
- Install the ramp by aligning and pressing until it clicks.
- Insert the odor cartridge (if included) into the base.
🧭 Position the Base
- Place on a flat, hard surface with strong Wi-Fi.
- Leave 2 ft of clearance in front and 1 ft on each side.
- Keep carpets at least 4 ft away from the front of the base.
🔌 Power and Charge
- Plug in the base—green LED indicates power.
- Slide the robot onto the ramp with the Shark logo upside-down.
- Allow up to 4 hours for a full charge before first use.
📱 Download the SharkClean® App
- Pair your robot and start the Explore Run to create a map.
- Fill the clean water tank with water and cleaning solution (if mopping).
🧹 Start Cleaning
- Press DRY or WET buttons for manual cleaning.
- Hold either button for 5 seconds to start a spot clean.
- Use the app to initiate Vacuum + Mop mode or schedule cleanings.
